Sequel it will narrate the incident 40 years later than the original incident, reported Reuters.
"The Woman in Black: Angels of Death" is based on a story that has just been completed by the author Susan Hill.
The sequel is about the couple who lived in haunted houses Eel Marsh.
The first film, which has earned an impressive income, 120 million dollars in ticket sales worldwide were adapted from a novel by Hill with the same title and become the best-selling horror film in the UK in the last 20 years.
Hammer Films says it is working on a new film and screenwriter Jon Croker Hill will adapt the work into a screenplay.
